DISABILITY INTEGRATION NOW: Pass into Law the Disability Integration Act according to its advocacy page “The Disability Integration Act (DIA) is a civil rights, bipartisan and bicameral legislation, to address the fundamental issue that people who need Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) are forced into institutions and losing their basic civil rights. The legislation builds on the 25 years of work done to end the institutional bias and provide seniors and people with disabilities home and community-based services (HCBS) as an alternative to institutionalization. It is the next step in our national advocacy after securing the Community First Choice (CFC) option.” This bill act has been set aside since 2015 like this is not appropriate because it shows that there is a government option to be bipartisan although it is created by democrats there should be republican voter correspondence and written ideas at least to get there voice and perspective on this initiative. Yet, republicans are not interested or not notified like there shall be a larger awareness to the Disability Integration Act.

SOCIAL SECURITY REFORM: Reform and restructure Social Security so that those on Social Security Income will be mandated to enter a vocational program whether college, trades school, or part time work. This vocational program is to help integrate individuals who have high functioning back into society. Have those on Social Security Disability Income receivers will not be mandated to enter a vocational program as those on this social security disability Income due to severity of the person. This will be a two pronged system where those who want to become high functioning or enough to live autonomously they may do so through Social Security Income while Social Security Disability Income shall be for those who have 50% or over mental or physical incapacity. The Testing model will be ran by local self advocacy organizations. These vocational programs will have a case worker that will be a place with compassionate counseling using the Carl Roger Method model of counseling and therapy and monitoring the progress of each disabled client whether high-functioning or low functioning. There shall also be money management education in the vocational path it will teach those with these disabilities to understand how to spend and use there money wisely. This counseling is going to be funded under the two-tier/public option model.

COOP FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES: Create a Free market for those with disabilities so that disabled people can gain economic power in the market by voluntary association. Yet I support a 40 billion dollar government subside set aside for disabled owned Coops. Remove inequality and level the playing field for disabled community to enter the economy. Currently the disability community has 5% of the market competition from with their 95% of non disabled competitors as owners/CEOs according to the United States Census Bureau. This is ablest due to the fact that the Americans with Disabilities Act shares that those with disabilities defined by the ADA are people with an impairment. Those who are with an impairment is a broad term that covers a ton of individuals to only think of those with disabilities are institutional or severe it prevents non sever or high functioning disabled people from creating businesses for themselves. This 5% is not only small this is no real power or entrance into the economy whether your investing, corporate leader. This is not right nor ethical we must create a free market where disabled people and the community can enter in the market and build and grow businesses. Yet, we can build the portion from 5% to 10% at least. The Disability Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest Entrepreneurship Association for disability community I suggest we support it as capitalists and capitalist sympathizers.

FREE HEALTHCARE: Create a two-tier healthcare, full-coverage system, where universal health care would be offered while the option for private healthcare providers remains. The universal healthcare option places Everyone to be covered by one health insurance program, administered by the federal government, providing equitable medical services and treatments. All medically necessary services will be fully covered. Everyone goes to the provider of their choice. Dental, vision, mental health, reproductive health, long-term care, and pharmaceuticals are all included. In addition I support a private healthcare as well a free market health care system. We recognize the freedom of individuals to determine the level of health insurance they want (if any), the level of health care they want, the care providers they want, the medicines and treatments they will use and all other aspects of their medical care, including end-of-life decisions. People should be free to purchase and take any health insurance across state lines whether federal or private.

MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS: Increase mental health services and incentivize mental health awareness in all workplaces by giving tax credits for creating more healthy workplaces. Businesses must either take initiatives to place counseling centers, multi spiritual sacred spaces. Also, they shall either create support groups aiming at getting rid of workplace toxicity or motivational speaking event to remove depression in the workplace. Moreover, they may donate to a mental health advocacy agency, or interweave detoxifying or depression in the workforce.

EQUAL WORK FOR THE DISABLED: increase jobs for disabled people and to get rid of the sub minimum wage. Treating disabled people as equals rather then segregation due to wage labor. The 2020, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Persons with a Disability: Labor Characteristics report calculated that a total of 5,354,000 disabled and 142,441,000 non-disabled employees work in our confederation of the United States. Also, they reported that 1,625,000 Employed Disabled and 58,839,000 non-disabled people have a 4 year degree or higher. Moreover, 719,000 Disabled people want to work, 769,000 are unemployed, and 46,000 of them are discouraged to work according to the B.L.S. Report meaning that 4,000 are against working or marginally working this means that most of the large majority of the disability community yearns to work. To quote the BLS report:

    The unemployment rate for persons with a disability, at 12.6 percent in 2020,     increased by 5.3 percentage points from the previous year. Their jobless rate     continued to be much higher than the rate for those without a disability.     (Unemployed persons are those who did not have a job, were available for work,     and were actively looking for a job in the 4 weeks preceding the survey.) The     unemployment rate for persons without a disability increased by 4.4 percentage     points to 7.9 percent in 2020. (See tables A and 1.)

To share how massive this issue is lets look at the Non-disabled category 6,404,000 Non-disabled people want to work, 12,178,000 are unemployed, and 528,000 are discouraged to work meaning 5,246,000 are against working or marginally working. This shows me that non-institutionally non-disabled people are ready and willing to work and non-disabled people are really not willing to work. We shall incentivize the workforce with government ad campaigns exposing disability discrimination in the workplace.

POLICE REFORM I shall call this act The Blue for Blue Disability Diversity Act: we understand the job of a police officer is hard with low pay and that we also understand they have families I am all for supporting them getting a living wage like all the Disability community and all workers at large. Yet, we also know that police officers have caused a lot of problems with diverse minority groups like the disability community and approximately half of all people who die in police-involved shootings have a disability. I honor police officers sacrifice to uphold the office of police-person; I praise it yet due to the mistreatment to those with disabilities and other minority communities my policy is that we shall increase police officers pay to a living wage. Yet, Police departments and officers that commit discriminatory action against those with disabilities or diverse minority communities shall be lowered in there budget continually to zero if they don’t have police officer command that supports those with disabilities. Supporting the disabled shall in this policy mean that there shall be public apology placed to the family if discrimination happened and the a 3 day suspension without pay will be placed. Meanwhile they shall be on probation and placed into diversity training program. while We also know that the state shall protect the right to life liberty and the property. Our constitution says that the government shall not infringe on these rights as citizens and disabled people. In order to reduce crime and to help preserve our rights I will legalize gambling without a casino license. I will legalize the use of all natural drugs no home manufactured drug shall be legalized. I will legalize sexual services as a form of a legal product to be sold on the marketplace. We also know that trials and the legal process has looked at the disabled and minority communities that are criminally accused as guilty versus innocent due to this cases have been slowly carried out. We shall remove the stigma of accused individuals and push a speedy trial.

INCLUSION EDUCATION NOT SEGREGATION: Eliminate special education school buildings for special education wings in traditional schools so that students are integrated with their peers. If they cannot due to bullying there shall be a counseling department in each school to create safe space rooms for mental health and wellness yet there shall be an environment of creating incentives for special education students to integrate with there non-disabled peers. Like in our schools we see that there is no physical billboards of this is a normal school and this is a special education school of segregation I seek to remove the systems of segregation and to mandate those without disabilities to be taught inclusiveness and be mandated that point sheet system where we shall reward those creating a safe and inclusive space for there disabled and minority peers may it be implemented in traditional education in that each point deducted will deduce the amount of points that a child gets to gain a prize in elementary and middle education. In High School Their shall be an ethics class where students of all abilities can gain virtue credits each virtue credit is used to eliminate the need for ethics class. 

SSI MARRIAGE: Marriage under SSDI social security disability income and SSI social security income they shall be married. Not discriminating on the basis of income, sexuality, and gender. We support Lesbian Gay Bisexual and transgender and additional communities of the LGBT commuities we affirm them and we accept them as who they are. If this is law we shall preserve it.

OFFICE FOR AND BY DISABLED PEOPLE: Create a National Office of Disability Coordination, run by a people with disabilities and Higher functioning counter parts assisting those with disability, focused on coordinating and making disability policy to advance the full inclusion of people with disabilities, including ensuring every aspect of our public resources are ADA compliant and that the civil rights of people with disabilities are protected and expanded.

DISABILITY PACKAGE OPTION: one of the things i seek is to package all the Bills of disability and to package them as a disability justice package. I seek that package to be a movement a movement in which we can push a second civil rights wave for the disabled. I know that under these conditions and how much left wing infighting there is i seek this to be a movement of people not to debate about the detractors, what-about-ism's, or these deluded misunderstandings of the social model of disability but to actually do the mission we direly need. so i propose an incentive for disability justice package to solve the internal ableism within the left the unethical 

ENERGY PLATFORM: Jose Santiago Supports Nuclear energy as a green energy reform that conservatives and liberals from the democrats and from the republicans can agree upon. why do i see it to be a policy to be agreed upon? Conservatives have for a long time supported nuclear energy as a military industrial complex positive. what i mean by positive is that is has supported the military and it helps run its functions. i know this may sound horrible to hear; i am talking about conservatives nuclear supporting nuclear as a good thing for them. I know, I hate conservatives too yet we have to work within this government we have. We also see Corporate Democrats who also support Nuclear energy for the same reason. yet, it can be served for our purposes as progressive left if we are to unify
